Synergetic Investment Group, LLC acquires multi-family assets in emerging U.S. markets.  We look for stabilized and distressed assets that provide our investors above average rates of return and a strong equity position.  Our investment strategy provides qualified investors an opportunity to expand and commercial real estate without any of the acquisition, management or sale responsibilities.

Our business is built on relationships – relationships with our brokers, lenders, property managers, attorneys, accountant and investors.  We pride ourselves on our ability to communicate, develop cooperative relationships and deliver on our promise to provide quality housing to our tenants and strong returns to our investors.

Jeff Greenberg, CEO, MBA

Jeff Greenberg has over forty years experience in management, staff supervision, development and training.  He has proposed, implemented, and supervised million dollar budgets for government agencies, as well as private and public organizations.  Since 2007 Jeff has been investing in multi-family and student housing assets in emerging markets.  Jeff focuses on all aspects of projects including; underwriting, acquisitions, investor relationships, contract negotiations, business systems development, business management and asset management.

Chris Tracy, Investor Relations

Chris Tracy has been actively involved in real estate investments since 2012.  Mr. Tracy’s real estate education and background in Human Services provides him with a unique set of skills.  Chris is a licensed real estate agent with Investors Connections, LLC, specializing in real estate sales for investors in multifamily acquisitions and raising capital for syndications.  He is a co-sponsor on a 20 unit/100 bed and 36 unit/144 bed deal respectively with this group.  Chris is the author of the book “The Apartments Investing Action Guide For Beginners” and has a B.S. from Central Connecticut State University.

We buy properties in multiple markets and have specific acquisition criteria.  If your property meets the criteria below and you would like to sell your property, please contact us.

Criteria

  • Class: “B” or “C”
  • Number of Units: 75-300 apartment units
  • Year Built: 1970s or later
  • Unit Mix: Majority two bedroom units preferred (market rate only)
  • Occupancy: 85% or higher (at least 70% for distressed assets)
  • Roofs: Pitched preferred
